In the northern part of the Périgord Noir, on 8 km. of the Castel of Hautefort, bordered by bunches, you find Résidence La Roseraie.
We propose you three luxurious villas: Le Pigeonnier, Villa Rosa and La Truffière. Well placed on our park of 2 ha., all privacy of the villas is respected. Each villa is luxurious and tastefully equipped and disposes a private swimming pool. Admire the lovely panoramic views (Vallée d'Auvézère), while sitting on the terrace.
La Truffiere(built in 2006) is a modern, luxurious holiday villa, situated on the south.
The accommodation can receive at most 6 adults and 2 children -13 years old.
The total surface area of this villa is 120 m². A covered terrace, which looks over the private swimming pool (not shared, 8-4 m-depth 1,50 m), is included. Your swimming pool is open from May to the end of September. A pool alarm (NF P 90-307) is installed. To complete your holiday, we furnish long chairs, ambiance illumination and a BBQ.

We welcome you with a pleasant ambiance and a variety of comforts. The principal room (dining room, living, well equipped open plan kitchen) is furnished with a high standard.

The Dordogne is well known for its prehistoric values, castles and gastronomic specialties (like the truffle and the "foie gras"). When you are visiting the region, do not forget to see the old historic city of Périgueux (Roman) and the cave of Lascaux (Montignac).
Also a visit to the markets in the surroundings could be very pleasant. Within a distance of 30 km., you will find several rivers and lakes, where you have the possibility to swim, to canoe or to fish. If you like to ramble, various footpaths are marked in the forests. These paths are also ideal to discover on a mountain bike. On 2 km. you find a horse riding school (possibilities on reservation).
Within a driving distance of 80 km. we propose you three airports: Limoges, Brive and Bergerac. |

The other months: Saturday, Monday, Thursday. Other possibilities on demand. Different duration of your stay possible (minimal 3 nights).

Cleaning costs: Obliged fee of 60 €, to pay at your stay
Electricity: In low season, there is a supplement for electricity costs (according to meter)
