Mediterranean charm of island life with it’s small winding streets and markets, set amongst a backdrop of rolling hills scattered with olive trees and
vineyards.
Location of the holiday home.The Villa was completed in late 2003 and is situated
in a very peaceful corner of town but is only a 15 minute walk from the centre with it’s many popular bars and restaurants along the Harbourside waterfront.
It is tastefully furnished with 3 bedrooms (master ensuite) a fully fitted kitchen and free AC throughout every room with a swimming pool at the back door with outdoor showers, barbeque and WC’s. I will consider selling the property as a holiday home/business.
Extras: Airport collection can also be arranged for those who would prefer not to hire a car not that you need one the house is so close to everything you will need for a great holiday.

| DIRECTIONS FROM PAPHOS AIRPORT
Out of the airport turn left, follow road to first junction (approx 4 Kilometres) turn left and follow this road to the FIRST round a bout (approx 15 kilometres) where you will see large store called NEXT/ DEBENHAMS on your right hand side. Take first left turning for KATO PAPHOS and carry on to first set of traffic lights. Turn right. Follow this road which bears left, and you will pass ARISTO UNIVERSAL APARTMENTS COMPLEX on your right hand side then turn second right. Follow road to the end and turn left. Turn first right. This road is a new building complex (Pafillia) keep straight for approx 200 metres and turn first right onto Nicolaou Theseos Street you are number 14 on the left

| Guestbook: "I have just arrived back from a weeks stay in Paphos. A group of us travelled over for a friends wedding and had the most amazing holiday. As the organiser of the party I must say I was a little nervous when arriving at the villa which by far met my expectations! Jan and Dave who look after the villa for the owner arranged for taxi's to pick us up from the airport and were there to greet us. They are lovely people and were absolutely brilliant during our stay and are just round the corner if you need anything. The villa it's self was fantastic, nice and spacious even though there were eight of us. The shared pool which was right outside our villa might as well have been private as it so rarely used by other residents. The villa is in a nice quiet location but is only about 15mins walk (a brisk walk that is, maybe a 20min stroll) from Paphos harbour, although if you're feeling lazy the taxi was only about £4! Overall.... we had a fantastic holiday that we'll never forget and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone."

"A fantastic holiday, the villa is in an ideal location for families with young children / teenagers. Close enough to the Harbour but far enough away not to be disturbed by the night life. Local shops are within walking distance, however if you wish to sight see you will need some form of transport, the local bus service is ideal for Coral bay. Janet and Dave who look after the property are ideal hosts, they will provide help and advice on anything you require. I would advise not to get a hire car from the airport as it will take you ages to find the villa their are that many! We will definately be returning next year and I will recommend this villa to all my friends"
