This brand new luxury Coral Bay Cyprus villa is situated in the heart of the famous Coral Bay resort, and is in easy walking distance of all amenities. Car hire is not required, but can be arranged at your request. The private Villa is only a two minute walk from the nearest restaurant and bars. The famous Coral Bay beach is approximately a ten minute walk. The nearest public pay phone is two minutes away as is the bus stop on the main route into Paphos. Transfer time from Paphos international airport is roughly twenty minutes by car. Golf days can also be arranged, green fees, tee times, golf lessons contact us with your requirements an we will arrange everything for you.
The villa comprises of three bedrooms in total: 1 double, with en-suite, and 2 twin rooms with a shared family bathroom. A double sofa bed in the lounge allows room for up to 8 people to sleep comfortably. And the downstairs w/c is very useful. Travel cots, high chairs etc can all be arranged for your parties use.
Inside this Coral Bay villa you will find satellite TV with English stations, a DVD player, a music system to play your own CD'S etc, and a games console with a selection of games for all ages. You can listen to UK radio stations via the satellite system that is connected to the music system. A selection of board games, cards etc are provided for your parties use.
There is a very large lounge, a formal dining area ,and informal kitchen- breakfast room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board , bed linen, towels, and all cooking utensils are provided. Air conditioning is available to keep the villa cool. Air Conditioning is charged for and not included in our rates.

Coral Bay Information
The popular resort of Coral Bay offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. The resort center is lined with shops, bars and restaurants serving a choice of local and international cuisine. In the day, life in coral bay is based around the idyllic sandy bay, where the calm shallow waters makes excellent bathing for children and there is a wide selection of water-sports available on the beachfront.
In the evening the main coral bay strip really comes to life. There really is something for everyone. you can relax in one of the many restaurants eat alfresco and enjoy a bottle of wine in the warm summer nights.
After a fantastic evening meal you can move on to one of the many bars (The millennium bar is a particular favorite of ours) and enjoy some family entertainment. for the more adventurous there is a night club. All are within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the villa.
The villa is situated in a quite area just off the main strip. close enough to walk but just far enough so as not to be disturbed.

Guestbook: "The villa was ideal for our family requirments, the pool was particularly popular with everyone. The location of the property meant that everything was easily within walking distance and yet the villa was in a quiet little street which made it seem lovely and private. The standard of the villa was excellent, little extras like the Playstation were appreciated as well as the welcome pack on arrival. While we had no problems the properety managers were on hand to help if needed. Overall I would recommend this property as an ideal base for holidayiong in this part of Cyprus."
