Firstly, the location is ideal. Anyone who really doesn’t want to hire a car then this villa is ideal for you. Unlike most villas, this villa is close to Nissi Beach and a popular wedding hotels such as the Aneas and Nissi beach hotels. The villa is also central to Ayia Napa so you can wander back and forward as you please.
The villa has two bedrooms so can sleep 4 people, there is also a cot for infants as well which is included in the price. There is satellite tv, cd player which has a place to add your iPod, a private pool area at the back of the villa and a drive way as well.
The prices include a meet and greet upon your arrival 24hours a day (in the local area), a welcome hamper and portfolio full of information and our representative is on hand at all times should you need assistance. we also accept payments via visa and mastercard to make life easier for you.
In the living room there are plenty of windows and a patio so you can enjoy the summer breeze, or switch on the air conditioning and settle down to watch the local satellite available. There is a separate kitchen area, with all the appliances you will need, such as fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the cooking utensils you will need. The dining table also seats 4 people.
Moving upstairs there are two bedrooms, a twin room and a master bedroom, consisting of a double bed and two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning, built in wardrobes and reading lamps. There is also a safe deposit box available.

Ayia Napa is a lovely area, although named as clubbers paradise by the press this village has many qualities to offer families, couples and older clienteles. In winter many of the clubs change combine English music with Greek music giving anyone the opportunity to learn more and more about the culture and the dancing... which is similar to English.
In addition, there are beautiful harbor areas with many coffee shops and restaurants along with many shops to keep you busy. Plus there are beautiful sandy beaches all the way along to explore.
Of a night time there are many restaurants for romantic evenings out and the food is international as well as Greek cuisine. A must try is 'Los Bandidos' a Mexican restaurant... arrreeebaaa in to the night with great food and settings as well...
Plus there is a variety of bars and clubs with a mixture of music and there is something for everyone... from rock, pop and Elvis...
