Villa Perka is the family stone house.It's interior was fully renovated in 2007.From it's slightly elevated position, 200 m from the sea it commands the superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them.Behind,the house is sheltered by the St.Nicholas-the highest peak of the island.
There are 3 spacious apartments each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning sea view.
Apartment "Bougenvilie"(8+1,120m2+ the terrace 21m2+ the terrace 15m2)consists of:4 double bedrooms,4 bathrooms,fully fitted kitchen,larder,living room,fire place and 2 terraces.
Apartment "Lantana"(4+2,55m2 + the terrace 26m2) consists of:2 double bedrooms,2 bathrooms,fully fitted kitchen,living room and the terrace.
Apartment "Lavanda"(2+2,45m2 + the terrace 20m2)consists of:1 double bedroom,1 bathroom,fully fitted kitchen,larder,living room and the terrace.

Because of it's specific location, Sv.Nedjelja is getting more and more popular among lovers of free climbing, trekking-mountain bike, hiking...Mild climate allowes them to enjoy these sports all year long.
Behind, there is St.Nicholas,the highest peak of the island and the cave with remains of augustinian monastry from 16.century.
Special position of it's wine yards, puts Sv.Nedjelja on the very top in production of high quality vintage wines.These wines, especially red ones have won many awards in Croatia and abroad.We produce wines ourselves, as well as rosmary, lavander and sage honey, olive oil and herb brandy.
You reach the sea from our villa by short walk through old pine wood. |

| Villa is situated in the very quiet part of the village where you can enjoy peace and quite even in the peak of the season.
It takes 5 min walk to the nearest shop and restaurants where you can have excellent meals at reasonable prices.
There are stone paved beaches, as well as beautiful pebble beach, suitable for little children.All are just few minutes walk from our villa. |
