The ground floor is separated from the 1st and 2nd floors of the villa. The first floor consists of a suite, 2 rooms (corner room and sunny room), 2 toilets with bathroom and a large kitchen with 2 refrigerators and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
The top storey consists of a living-room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. From the living-room is revealed a nice view over the sea and Albena.
There are double beds in all the rooms. There is an extra single bed in the corner room, which can be moved to another room.
There is an external stairway to the 1st floor and internal stairway to the second floor.

The suite, which consists of a box room, a living-room and a sofa corner has a total area of 36 sq.m. + 6 sq.m. balcony and is the biggest flat we rent out in Albena.
The sunny room ( 16 sq.m.) is a self-contained flat with a bathroom, a toilet, as well as a sunny balcony.
Villa Kosta is a summer house, which has equipment for babies and children. A crib can be rented additionally.
If the 1st and 2nd floors are rented, the host family lives on the ground floor. If you want to be alone in the house, this costs 70 Euro per week. If you rent the whole house, the ground floor will be locked.
The host family waters the garden in front of the house.
