Sunset Point Villa is a private 4000 sq/ft vacation home that looks like two houses, but it's all one spacious villa under two roofs! Located on the friendly Turks and Caicos island of Providenciales, or "Provo" for short, Sunset Point Villa is surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping and is available for rental all year round.
This oceanfront Caribbean property features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, 5 baths, and wraparound decks on all 3 levels. Take a cool dip in your own private pool... or step down into the crystal clear ocean just off the pool deck. The water is calm and shallow (about waist-high) in front of our Turks and Caicos villa... perfect for playing, swimming, and snorkeling. And the sugar white sand of secluded Taylor Bay Beach is just a short four minute stroll away!
Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point Villa’s spacious living and dining area. This is the place to unwind with family and friends on your Caribbean island vacation. The living room features Cable TV & a multi-disc CD stereo-system. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper story of the main house. Open the shutters on the suite's gallery window, and you’ve got an unrivalled panoramic view of the ocean!
On the ground level leading to the pool deck, the game room features a big screen TV, Sony Playstation 2 with games, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, and a full-sized ping pong table.
The adjoining wing of our Turks and Caicos villa, connected by covered decks, includes three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and large private balconies. The oversized first floor bedroom suite has a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a loft level for reading and sleeping.
Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa also features a large kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. For the outdoor chef, there’s a propane BBQ grill. Internet access is available as well as long distance capability. Use of the tennis courts at closeby Taylor Bay comes complimentary with the villa rental… or hit the links at Provo Golf and Country Club, Turks and Caicos’ championship 18-hole golf course. Along Grace Bay Beach you’ll find most of the island’s restaurants, shops, and bars… just a ten minute drive away.
