| The villa is situated in Mount Irvine which is just 10 km from the airport. It is in an ideal location set in a private and secluded cul-de-sac overlooking the Mt. Irvine Golf Course, with stunning views over the palm trees to the Golf Course, Pigeon Point,Nylon Pool, Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea. A good selection of beaches, local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be found a short drive away and a new shopping mall is a 15 minute drive away. |

| Groundfloor:The ground floor level is open plan with ceiling fans and includes a sitting area with solid wood sofas, chairs and a coffe table. At the other end of the room is a dining area with a wooden, tile toppped dining table seating six easily. Ajacent to the dining area is the breakfast bar and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could require including a microwave oven, six ring gas oven and an american style fridge freezer. There are stairs to both the upper floor and the garden level rooms. The ground floor also has folding glass panelled doors to three sides which open to the verandah with stunning views of the pool, tropical garden golf course and the Caribbean Sea. There is also a small brick built BBQ and a gas BBQ -ideal for cooking the local fresh fish.
Upper floor: On the upper floor Lahay has 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and hair dryers. Both bedrooms open onto the balcony which is furnished with rattan furniture. An ideal place to sit and enjoy the impressive views of Bucco Reef and colourchanges of the Nylon Pool whilst having a morning coffee or the spectacular sunsets.
Garden level:Internal stairs descend from the entry level to the garden level accommodation which consists of the family room and third bedroom which both have air conditioning and ceiling fans and share the ensuite facilities. The family room is complete with Cable TV, DVD and music system and can also sleep two additional guests on a double day bed if required. Hidden behind traditional louvered doors is the laundry area with a separate fridge. The third large bedroom is complete with ensuite shower room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 double beds, ample built in wardrobes and hair dryer. Both rooms have large glass doors opening directly onto the pool, jacuzzi, extensive garden and sunbathing areas.
Pool and garden area: External steps lead down from either side of the verandah to the illuminated pool and substantial tropical garden areas. Beside the pool is a large tiled patio complete with sunloungers, etc which leads to the elevated jacuzzi and lawned area. Behind the jacuzzi the garden slopes and contains many exotic flowers and shrubs which attract a variaty of birdlife. There are also numerous fruit trees including avocado, mango, lime, breadfruit, etc. which create shady and peaceful areas to relax in and watch the tropical birds. |
