Villa Palmira, offers you a unique experience on the Caribbean Sea with delightful swimming, beach combing, and walking on a nearly private, natural beach more than two miles long. You'll stay just steps from the sand. As you enjoy your morning coffee, you'll lookout over the sparkling sea and hear waves gently lapping on the beach!
This fully air conditioned home offers privacy and comfort for up to 10 people. Recently redecorated to celebrate the colors of the Caribbean, Villa Palmira, has four bedrooms and three baths, plus an outdoor shower and backyard covered patio. The master suite done in Caribbean Coral, offers a queen size bed and private bath. The sea blue room provides a queen size bed and shares a bath with the tropical green room featuring a double bed. The rain forest room provides two single beds and a private bath. It's great for kids or non-couple guests. All furniture and appliances are new and all beds are comfortable and new.
A full kitchen offers ice maker refrigerator, flat top range, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and a blender. Fully equipped for cooking and dining, this kitchen gives a large group everything it needs to prepare and serve a relaxing meal.
The media area provides a 27 inch TV with DVD player. There's a CD player and radio tuner. Away from the media area is a relaxing sitting room with a sofa, a love seat and chairs for reading and conversation. The dining area is surrounded with windows and looks out to the sea and over a palm tree park.
Located in a private, gated community, Villa Palmira, offers miles of beach combing. On one side of the Villa Palmira beach, a nature center provides hiking trails and kayaking. To the north a Government Park limits access to the beach and stretches more than a mile to Punta Santiago, a quaint beach town with nightlife and a number of well-regarded native seafood restaurants.
The swimming is safe and the ocean floor sandy.Children will find the edge waters shallow and inviting. Adults can swim out a few hundred feet for deeper waters and still find a sandy bottom.

It's expansive beach runs from a nature center to the fishing village of Punta Santiago, where well-respected local seafood restaurants are found. A few miles south, Humacao is a modern city on the east coast of Puerto Rico, offering complete services. Located in the Villa Palmira gated community, our home has exclusive access to one of Puerto Rico's most lovely, natural beaches. Among the best situated homes in this community, Villa Palmira enjoys views of the sea and is adjacent to a lovely palm treed park. Adults can enjoy pleasant walking on the beach and along community lanes, and kids can visit the park to romp or play ball. The uncrowded beach generally has mild surf, with an extended shallow sandy bottom. This makes it great for kids and swimmers of all abilities. Palm tree glades provided shady areas near the water where young children can play out of the sun and adults can read or talk Just steps away from the beach sits Villa Palmira, a quite retreat with comfort for up to 8 adults.
