Ban Lim Pa or as it is known in English "The Cliff House" is located just outside of Bophut's Fisherman's Village. Its setting offers stunning views over the neighbouring islands and ocean surrounding Koh Samui.
Ban Lim Pa is composed of two twin villas being fully independent and equally fitted with facilities, amenities and services. Both villas can either be rented separately or together.
Entering the villa you will find yourself in the covered terrace area designed to enjoy the magnificent views and relax. There are large day-beds as well as a bar counter and a beautiful pond. This area is enclosed by a 1 meter high glass wall.
Walking down the stairs, you enter the pool area which is an amazing black tiled infinity edge pool. On the left side you will find 2 bedrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. Both designed with a romantic oval shaped Terrazzo bath tub and a separate shower. Each bedroom has its own private balcony. All bedrooms also offer individually controlled air-conditioning and TV/DVD.
From the lower bedroom you will find the spacious living and dining area offers modern sofas and chairs, a large dining table and direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs. A nice added feature to this villa is the downstairs TV room including a large Satellite TV/DVD and your very own private cinema.
Leaving the living room to the pool deck, you have access to the third bedroom with its own private terrace. This bathroom has a shower, from where you can enjoy the surrounding views.
Both villas boast a large 44" TV, home theatre, DVD player and satellite channels offering a very own private cinema with the most amazing open views all around.
The villas at Ban Lim Pa offer a stay that will rival many. With breathtaking views and superb accommodation, many can not dispute for a private and purely relaxing stay, this is the perfect answer.
