Location Here at stay and stay in a quiet retreat with a view of the mountain called the giant woman, it is said by the locals a woman came to Cha-am many years ago and had her heart broken by a local man, so being depressed with the loss of her love she decided to eat and eat until she was so big she could not stand, she had to lie down to eat and eat until she died of a broken heart, and there she laid, so the mountain was born, and when you look at the mountain today you can still see the giant lady lying down. Guestbook: "My family and I had a wonderful week in Cha-am, we stayed at Roger and Chomphoo's charming place, the bungalow is lovely with all mod cons in its own gorgeously manicured all around garden, the view towards the mountain is particularly stunning, there can be few better ways of spending the early evening than relaxing with your feet in the spa pool, cool drink at your side listening to the distant cross-country train as it passes between the mountains.Cha-am is also great and R and C are most accommodating in daily rides to the market ,beach etc they also know the best restaurants and nice quiet beach { local knowledge is an invaluable weapon } should we get the chance we would love to return, I would also like to add that R and C are very hospitable and friendly and make you feel at ease immediately, by the end of your stay you will feel just like old friends, look no further!
