This well maintained furnished house has a big living room with an adjacent dining room. Also it has a separate study and a fitness room.
The house has 4 bedrooms with each an individual bathroom. The big master bedroom has a bathtub and a shower, the other rooms have showers. Each bathroom has an individual 50L water heater.
The well equipped kitchen has a built in kitchen unit and a refrigerator. Also it has a separate store of 2x3m. There is an additional fridge from which we can sell you drinks.
The house has verandas on both the first and second floor. This gives the rooms a pleasant temperature. The garden is colourful and well maintained. It has a bantaba to relax after a warm day. It has garden chairs, two sun beds and for some more activity a table tennis.
There is a small guard house which has its own toilet. The house has a 2000L water tank and a generator. The driveway gives place for four cars.
