The Siwa Villa is a large refurbished old town house situated in the middle of the old town in Siwa Oasis in the Sahara desert in Egypt. It has a large roof terrace with views of the old town all it up at night. There are three large double bed rooms all with heating, bedside lights, wardrobes and large beds. There is one very large bedroom that sleeps four people in ‘Flintstone’ type beds made of palm trees. A large dinning room table for 10 people to fit around, an open fire and living area is inside and a large outside dinning area situated around an open fire on the roof were ‘lamp on a spit’ cooked in the traditional way is possible. The villa has a steam room and several ‘chill’ areas for reading and relaxing. A large garden is part of the villa set up and is a short drive out to the edge of the Sahara desert where there is a private swimming pool and camp area. The neighbours are not other tourist but locals who have not changed their ways of living for hundreds of years. The villa is unique and will provide you with a real adventure holiday in Egypt. It has been built using local craftsmen and traditional building techniques. All amenities in the house are of a western standard and all new. |

If you are touring Egypt and travelling down from Alexandria to Siwa and then moving on to Baharya through the White Desert. The Siwa Villa is the perfect place to rest up for a few days before entering the Western Desert. |

| Welcome Pack: On your arrival you will be met by Mohammad and his donkey and carriage and taken to the Villa for drinks and a tour of the house by the English owners. |
| There is the option of having outside caterers come in and roast a lamp Siwan style on the roof for you and prepare the whole meal down to doing all the washing up for a small cost per person. |
