A 20min direct drive to Perth CBD, this vacation home has quick and easy access to all freeways for any touring day trips.
Tastefully decorated throughout with a relaxed atmosphere the property is spacious internally and has a great outdoor bbq area. View of St Martins Green from upstairs theatre room.
The local Livingston Marketplace shopping centre has 55 specialty shops and only 2 minutes by car or a pleasant 4-5 mins stroll/walking. The house is conveniently located within 5-7 minutes to all the freeways. Public transport (Bus) is closeby and takes 15 minutes across the freeway to the city of Perth. Canning Vale is a thriving community and a popular suburb for its standard of housing and location to the city, freeways and its proximity to many conveniences including the Canning Vale business district just 3 minutes drive.
If you are hiring a car, clear directions available from the airports to the property are available upon request.

At the property there is a wide selection of tourist brochures and day trip information along with our local street directory if you do not have a gps. It's a great spot. |

| Guestbook: We were relocating from Sydney to Perth at the end of November and needed somewhere to stay in the interim period. The Manor was just the right place to stay in, whilst we looked for a place of our own. I can't remember the last time we were so impressed by a holiday home. Suzanne's home is nothing short of amazing, we really enjoyed the 8 days interim stay at The Manor, Suzanne had thought of every little detail. It was truly a home away from home, a clean and beautiful home and whatever we needed was supplied and much much more. A beautiful house, and very well maintained. Suzanne saw that all our needs was met, from condiments for BBQs, to toys for my 7 mth old baby. Simply amazing...We enjoyed our stay so much and can't wait for our next visit to Tea Tree Manor. A home away from home and so much more!

The house is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. We were very impressed and could see that a lot of effort had been put in to make it as cosy and comfortable as possible. It's also very convenient and only 15 mins away from the city. we will DEFINITELY stay here again if we visit Perth.

We have just came to the end of a great 6 week holiday in Perth. Rolls Court was a lovely house to stay in & was ideal for us with small children. The large garden was great for them to blow off steam and the house was nice and spacious and well stocked with everything you could need by Suzanne and Lou. Shopping, restaurants & take-aways are all nearby
