Completely furnished and equipped for care-free stays, the KW HOUSE is the most conveniently situated for both pleasure and business stays in San Antonio. We are located one block from the San Antonio Riverwalk. This means guests walk to the Alamo, Convention Center, hotels and all downtown attractions: El Mercado (Mexican Market), La Villita, Missions, Institute of Texas Cultures and the Alamodome.
As we are also near the "hub" of all highways that go through San Antonio, our location puts you within easy drives of Six Flags, Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, the military bases, missions and all of the surrounding city areas.

My wife and I had a very delightful six week stay in the King William House, on King William St., in the very center of the renowned San Antonio historic district of King William. Our hosts Robbi and Dan Boone were outstandingly friendly and accommodating in every respect and it was truly a pleasure to get to know them as friends and even as landlords.
The KW House is nestled right in the middle of the historical neighborhood, one or two blocks from fine restaurants, and one block from the San Antonio river that winds its way thru the famous Alamo River-Walk landmark, brimming with enjoyable restaurants and entertainment-all within easy/fun walking distance of the KW House.
As mentioned, the river is one block away, and every morning we walked along the pathways on each side of the river, feeding the ducks, and enjoying the fresh air and conversations with others who were out for a stroll; just truly delightful, and security issues definitely were not a problem, even late at night. Nice!
Within short blocks of the KW House are all the basic necessity-stores to easily facilitate your visit, and 10-15 minutes drive away are all the well known shopping, entertainment, and fine restaurant areas of greater San Antonio. Within an hour-or-so drive are several interesting and fun historical cities in the "Hill Country" area just north of San
Antonio.
