Lake Travis Haven is a private 2 Level Waterfront House located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) on the deep, main channel of Lake Travis--near mile marker 24 on Lake Travis. Great yard with a Sports Court and a gentle walk down to the water and the Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The Haven can be rented as a Whole house or the Upper and Lower levels may be rented separately. Renting the whole house is perfect for 2 families vacationing together. Boat Launch is right next to the house.
If renting the whole house, there are 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms and will sleep up to 11 comfortably. There are 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and a covered boat dock with room for 2 boats Or 1 boat and 2 jet skis and full and private use of the sports court, grill, and yard area.
When renting either the upper level or lower level only, you will have room for 1 boat Or 2 jet skis and will have shared access to the sports court, grill, and yard area.
The Upper Level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a Queen in 1st bedroom and 2 Queens in the 2nd bedroom and will sleep up to 6 comfortably. Living room with tv/vcr and cable tv and a phone. Full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all needed cooking and eating utensils. There is also a full size washer/dryer.
The Lower Level has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a Queen in the bedroom and a Full Size Pull-Out Sofa and a Twin Bed in the sleeping area and will sleep up to 5 comfortably. Living room with tv/vcr and cable tv and a phone. Kitchen with stove/oven, microwave., coffee maker, 2 Fridge/Freezers, and all needed cooking and eating utensils. (No dishwasher or washer/dryer in lower level).
We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags.
