Enter the back gate, and the first view looking through the glass door, across the entry area, and beyond the patio is of the ocean framed by palm trees, and the sandy beaches of Paia, Baldwin and Spreckelsville. The property is fenced and lined with vegetation on both sides to provide great privacy. It sits at the end of a little laneway, WALKING distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Paia. Sitting between the house and the ocean is a 50 foot lap pool. ALL ROOMS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PLAY ROOM FACE DIRECTLY TO THE OCEAN! The ground level has wood floors, with living area (cable TV/VCR, CD stereo), dining area and a well equipped kitchen. A slate patio off of the living and dining area has both a gas and a charcoal BBQ and is overhung for sun protection. The upper floor has three bedrooms (king, queen, queen) with two full bathrooms (tub with shower in each). A large room at the back on the second floor can be used as a playroom.
