Tidal creeks and nature combine for panoramic views of Sapelo Island and Doboy Sound. Marshbreeze Home has three bedrooms with high thread count linens and two comfortable king size beds, one queen size bed, plus a Bunk bed on the screened in porch.
The owners, Susan and Don, invite you to come enjoy their new dream home. Relax in the southeast breeze from the Atlantic Ocean and experience peace and quiet. Susan suggests you open the front door and the five sets of French Doors “and let the breeze blow thru”.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the great room with large fireplace and French doors that open onto the porch. The North and South master bedroom suites have French doors opening onto the screened in porch. The king size beds have high thread count linens and fluffy bath towels for the bath. There is a jetted tub in the North suite bathroom.
The office/den, dining room, and the guest bedroom have views to the northeast of the private freshwater lagoon and woodlands. You are surrounded by wildlife and exotic birds, which include wood storks, hooded mergansers and pileated woodpeckers. Each season offers a variety of wildlife and birds.

It was a pleasure meeting you during our visit to coastal Georgia. What a lovely area! We’re very proprietary about the beautiful Berkshires, where we live, but do hope to see more of what Georgia has to offer in coming years.
Your and Lin’s handling of our rental was completely seamless, the house where we spent one delightful week was spacious and comfortable. The wildlife in the front lagoon was an especially nice touch.

We have enjoyed the house and the area immensely. We are thinking of coming back this time next year, or maybe even this fall or winter - so glad you talked me into this house, because it has been just wonderful - we love the remoteness & closeness to nature.
