Windwood Palms is located in the highly prestigious resort of Windwood Bay, Davenport, Polk County, Florida. From Interstate 4 west, come off at exit 58 and keep right onto SR 532 into Champion's Gate. Continue through to the T-junction (the CR54 – Loughman/Ronald Reagan Parkway). Turn left and continue and after approx 1/2 a mile, on the left hand side turn into Heritage Pass, which is the entrance to the community. It is signed Windwood Bay. It is a lovely area where there is a mix of rental and residential properties, a few miles further down from the community is the real Florida so we are in an ideal location for all your vacation needs.
