The Great Room overlooks the pool and the lake with views of all the Florida wildlife.
4 bedrooms including 2 luxury King Master Suites and 3.5 bathrooms.
A Fully fitted kitchen and screened pool and deck area with a bubbling spa.
Many pictures, plants and designer decorations throughout the home complete a real luxury Florida feel.
PEACE OF MIND:
Our Management Company is available 24hrs a day to offer any assistance you may require. We have a Security system monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
RECREATION:
The on-site Resort clubhouse offers all guests free use of a number of recreational activities. These include a resort-style swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis, clubhouse, games room, billiards, movies and internet access.

AT BEDTIME:
(4-beds/3.5-baths) including 2 beautiful Master Suites
Master 1 has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe closet, bedside cabinets, large dressing table and mirror. The en-suite features "his & hers" sinks, an oversized garden tub and separate shower. This master faces south and overlooks the pool area through large patio doors.
Master 2 features a king size bed and large walk in wardrobe closet, bedside cabinets, large dressing table and mirror. The en-suite has "his & hers" sinks, an oversized garden tub bath and separate shower unit.
The remaining two bedrooms are both twin-bedded rooms with 2 beds and large wardrobe closets. Both rooms are served by the remaining bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is access from the pool/deck to the 1/2 bathroom.
RELAXING:
The large 13 x 26 south-facing pool with spa is ideal for relaxing and cooling off - (pool heating is available). The deck area faces south and overlooks the lake. It is fully screened and is surrounded by many colourful shrubs. Outside lighting allows evening entertainment and an electronic awning allows protection from the sun, if desired. The deluxe pool furniture includes 4 padded chairs, table and 5 loungers.
Inside there is the "Great Room" with 2 comfortable sofas; one of which is a sleeper sofa bed, additional chairs, coffee tables and an Entertainment unit.
FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER AT HOME:
All the appliances you need, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large American fridge/freezer. The sink includes a water filter system and waste disposal. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are provided.
EATING:
Choose from the dining table with seating for six or the use the stools at the nearby breakfast bar. Don’t forget you can even dine poolside.
ENTERTAINMENT:
Every bedroom has a cable television with DVD or video players. A huge 51" HDTV and DVD player are situated in the "Great Room". Music can be played through the CD stereo players if preferred.
BABIES & TODDLERS:
Are more than welcome. Please ask for anything you need. There is a cot, high chair and lots of extra sheets and blankets, etc available.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Everything you would expect from a luxury vacation Villa. Smoke detectors are fitting throughout and backed-up with a fire extinguisher and emergency lighting. The windows all have locks and all exterior doors are fitted with deadbolt locks.
A security safe for storage of your valuables is located in the kitchen closet and is free-of-charge.
The home is monitored 24/7 by an ADT Security system.
UTILITIES:
The laundry area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a full size washing machine and drier, complete with iron and ironing board. All bed linens, towels and beach towels are included.
