We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in your home. It was so inviting, comfortable, spacious, accommodating and met all of our needs. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay there.

Wow, you are quick with the deposit refund. For the past few years, we\'ve rented a home from a couple on the west coast of Florida. It usually took 2 months before I received my deposit back. Great Service! Will the refund be in the form of a check or will it be credited back to my credit card?

I was just about to email you. Funny you wrote at this time. I just gave one of my friends your website address and told him what a fabulous place you had and what a great time we had staying there. We would definitely want to come back there again � hopefully sooner than later. It was so clean and comfortable and soooo relaxing after full days at the park. We enjoyed the pool and spa very much and felt very safe at the home. I am soooooo happy that we found your website by random chance.
My family and I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many condos and town homes in Hawaii, California, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Your home was by far our favorite home that we�ve stayed in.
It truly made our vacation experience grand and the price was amazing as well. We stayed Saturday night at a �resort� for $210 a night, and we were sorely disappointed after leaving your home!
When I told my friend about your place, just about 10 minutes ago, he was very excited and asked me to send him the link immediately. He wants to bring his grandkids!

Also wanted to let you know that our stay at the house was absolutely wonderful. We are soooo glad we opted for a rental house versus hotel, and were delighted with the home and people (yourselves) we selected for our first big family vacation. Having such a nice house made us feel right at home. We had more fun than we every expected both at Disney as well as two area beaches (Daytona Beach and ClearWater Beach). We did in fact mention several times on the way home and since being home that we want to do this again in about two years. We will definitely keep you in mind and plan to use one of your houses as we get closer to planning the next trip to Disney. We will also be sure to recommend you to anyone we know heading to the Orlando area.

Dear Paulette and Lee,
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your Tropical Getaway III Executive Home. The accomodations were great, as was your attention to our needs for our two little guys with the strollers, the highchair, booster seat, and crib.
The home was everything you said it would be, and more. The pool and spa were a big hit with adults and kids alike. We never once heard the dreaded \"I\'m bored\" from our eight-year-old grandson. He, and we, were in the pool almost every minute we weren\'t at the theme parks.
And, the proximity to the parks was great. With 3 cars, each of our families came and went as they pleased. The 15 minutes or so it took to get to and from the parks meant we could easily go back to our vacation home for a nap or a dip in the pool or a quick (and inexpensive) bite to eat.
What we didn\'t plan on--and not mentioned in your information, that I remember--is how much money we saved by not eating in restaurants or at the parks the whole vacation. This may not sound like much, but when you are feeding nine hungry people, restaurant meals can be a HUGE part of the cost of your vacation. By having such easy access to the house, we often went home for lunch and/or dinner, then returned to the parks in the evening.
I can\'t tell you how many $6.00 cheeseburgers we avoided by doing this, but I know it was a lot. Plus, we could provide a lot better variety and nutrition for the grandkids and ourselves than we could get at fast food restaurants.
In all, we had a wonderful time. You can be sure that our friends will all be hearing about The Great Family Vacation Rentals and how you made our family vacation so special.

Dear Lee and Paulette,

We just returned home today and are exhausted but very happy! The villa was such a big hit with everyone - the pool went down really well with the kids! It wasn\'t just that it was a nice place, it was the effort and attention that you put into our stay that made it even better. We wanted to thank you both for giving us a great holiday.

We will certainly recommend you to any of our friends that might be coming out there. Maybe we will even get out there again sometime ourselves!

Dear Paulette & Lee,

I wanted to express again how much we enjoyed our vacation. The house was the perfect thing for us. It saved us a lot of expense when it came to dining & water fun. Which of course was the purpose of renting a house instead of staying at a hotel. It also allowed us to spend time with family that we normally don\'t see much of considering we live in two different states.

Since returning to work, we already have had several people ask us about the houses you have available. I have made many copies of the flyers you sent to me which include all of your homes and have passed them out. Hopefully they\'ll book with you as well.

If you have not sent out the deposit refund, please forward it to the following address. We moved just prior to going on vacation and I meant to tell you when we arrived, but of course amidst all the excitement it slipped my mind. If you have already sent it out, that\'s fine. It should forward from my previous address.

Again, thanks for the great time and I\'ll continue to spread your business around Virginia & Maryland. And remember, if you ever plan to visit our historical area, Ed would be more than glad to provide you with the best view in town. From the Boar\'s Head Inn Balloon.
