5503 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool/spa home for your vacation rental needs. Located in Crescent Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and conveniently located to Central Florida's other major attractions.
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed, master bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a full size bed and bedroom 4 has a pair of twin-size beds.
Beautifully furnished, the kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with all the standard kitchen appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Complete with linens and towels, there is also a full capacity washer and dryer available for your usage.
There is a TV, DVD Player, VCR and Stereo System w/CD Player in the living room as well as a TV in the all the bedrooms. The garage has been converted to a game room complete with pool table, basketball shooting game and children's air hockey. This home is completely fenced-in for your added privacy and relaxation. This home does accept pets with prior approval (additional fees apply).
The pool can be heated for a charge of $35 per day and has a cover to keep it warm! Pool heat is recommended during the months of October thru April. The spa can be heated through out the year for $15 per day.
