The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and VCR/DVD. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest
The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, ceiling fan, television, VCR and DVD. The window vies are of the Stanislaus National forest.
The bathroom is a tub with a shower. The window views are of the Stanislaus National forest if you’re really tall.
The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games, ceiling fan, boombox, books, stereo and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
