The property is 30 minutes outside of Hot Springs traveling west on Rt. 270 near Mt. Ida.

The Main House has 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths Sleeps up to 14
The Studio next to house, has two full size beds. Sleeps up to 4
The Cabin next to Studio has queen bed/bath/kitchenette. Sleeps 2
The A-Frame sleeps up to 8
Main house has beautiful wood floors, Cathedral Ceiling, Central Heat/Air, ceiling fans and fireplace and is beautifully decorated and spacious for large groups. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher and is part of an open floor plan. Living room has Cable TV/DVD/VCR, and a futon and queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping in front of the fireplace. Master Bedroom has queen size bed, separate bathroom and French doors leading to a private deck with a view of the back yard and crystal fountain, 2nd Bedroom has full size bed, 3rd Bedroom has bunk beds and another twin bed to sleep up to 4 kids, 4th Bedroom has queen size bed.
The Cabin offers a romantic smaller space "just for two.
The Studio located in between the Cabin and Main House is available as an extra sleeping area when renting in addition to the Cabin and/or Main House. It has two full size beds in the back room and a futon and foosball table in the front room.
The A-Frame House is right next door with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath. It will accommodate up to 8 including children.
Large horseshoe driveway for easy access in and out of property for those with boats!
