Then our Townhome may be just what you’re looking for! We are perfectly happy catering to short term or those wishing to enjoy the Valley of the Sun for a more extended stay.
Across the street you can enter the Reach 11 Recreation area. And only 5 minutes away, you are in the shopping Mecca of Desert Ridge. The new upscale City North and One Scottsdale are future high end shopping areas in the category of Rodeo Drive. They are now both under construction.
Only 10 minutes away you will find Kierland, a fabulous and unique relaxing pedestrian friendly shopping/dining/resort experience not to be missed. Annual events like the Barrett Jackson’s Car Auction, FBR Golf Open, art shows, and Arabian Horse shows are also only 10 minutes away.

Short term or long term we want to make your stay special! Upon arrival, we provide all guests with a complimentary beverage of their choice -wine, beer, soda, or imported mineral water. Bottled water, Starbucks coffee, and a choice of tea are complimentary during your stay. Because we are active local owners, just let us know what you like!
