Paseo del Sol is located within the gated community of Playacar Fase-II of Playa del Carmen, directly across from the ocean with direct free access to the beach and beach club, compliments of the owners.
The condo is handsomely outfitted for comfort. 3 bedrooms accommodate up to 6 adults with 4 quality comfort beds, 2 full-sized tiled bathrooms, tiled showers with seating, and a walk-in closet in master. Our Mexican condo has a gourmet kitchen, a comfortable family room with entertainment center and surround sound system. A private laundry system is another one of our essential amenity.
The condo is perfectly situated in the north coral building with morning sun shining down on our private outdoor patio; an exceptional amenity only steps away from our 270 foot long sparkling pool. The patio cuddles tropical gardens, giving way to a side-view of the pool protecting your privacy away from the pool chatter. Furnishing the patio are teak wood table and chairs, barbeque and a few recliners.
The seasonal rental rates are priced with all taxes and fees. | Playacar is a suburban beach resort in a gated community of Playa del Carmen. Playa is easy to get to. A 40-minute drive from Cancun's international airport, this paradise is right down Highway 307. We will suggest a private airport van service for round-trip service to/from the condo. In addition Taxi's are readily available and Buses run from the Cancun Bus Station (Terminal de Autobuses) every 15 minutes or take a shuttle van out of the airport directly to Playacar for $18/person from the airport (one-way). Many visitors choose to rent a car and explore all the outlying attractions on their own. |
