This quaint property is situated in a quiet alley in the heart of the old village of Xewkija. Entrance leads into a courtyard, which has its pool. The house comprises of 3 good-sized bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. A double room situated on the 2nd floor with a bathroom and two twin rooms on the 1st floor both with shower/wc facilities. On Ground floor a good-sized lounge area and a separate kitchen/dining are overlooking the pool deck. All rooms feature stone slab roofs and wooden beams which add to the warm character of this lovely house. There is a sun terrace situated on the 2nd floor with views of the surrounding rural area.
