Our St Paul's Bay house of character is a traditonal Maltese comfortable residence boasting traditional Maltese architectural features such as patterned floors, wooden beams,high ceilings and many other rustic features,
which have been painstakenly maintained and kept over the years.
Although the house is over 100 years old, it offers all the mod cons necessary to comfortable living today. The house has stunning sea views of the bay of St Paul's Bay, as well as St Paul's Islands where it is rumoured that St Paul was shipwrecked in A.D.60. In fact a statue dedicated to St Paul now commands centre stage on the largest island and faces inwards, a familiar sight for the local residents.
It is a two storey house and each floor has an area of 76.4sq.mts. The outside area (garden and patio) is 60sq.mts. It consists of entrance hall, sitting/ dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, four bedrooms,( all seperate), bathroom, shower and toilet downstairs, garden, patio with barbeque area.
.
The main bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the sea. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and they both overlook the garden. The downstairs bedroom is also a twin room with a big window which also overlooks the garden.
There is ample parking space.
It is within walking distance of the sea, sandy beaches,bus stops, shops, restaurants, banks, and other amenities.
This property is well furnished and clean. It is ideal for a family holiday . Children are welcome and it is elderly and disabled friendly.
This property is licensed and approved by the Malta Tourism Authority.

The house is located in the north east of the island of Malta in St Paul's Bay, which is an old fishing village and is situated 16 Kilometers from the capital City of Valletta.
This Maltese House of character is found in a tranquil sitting yet within easy walking distance to all holiday needs and entertainments for all ages. The coastline promenade provides a long, though mostly level and easy walk from St Paul's Bay all the way to Qawra point, with it's tower and views over Salina Bay.
Lovers of water sports such as swimming, scuba diving ,fishing etc will find a real haven where to practice their favourite water sport. |

On your request we may arrange for a transfer from and / or to airport at an additional cost. Another service is that you are welcomed at the house on arrival by the owner of the property.
