This house has been recently restored and pleasantly furnished with some nice antiques, graceful pieces and paintings who give a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms have high vaulted ceilings,which makes the house fresh even when it is hot outside. The house is equipped with a delightful terrace with views over the sea and the towns of Minori, Maiori and the cozy hamlet of Torello on a hillside below Ravello. The terrace is furnished with outdoor dining furniture and sun lounging chairs.
Accommodation: (80 m2 interiors + 20m2 terrace)
From the terrace you will be able to enter a small lounge area:
· On the left there is a small kitchen which is equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer; on the right there is a bathroom which has just the toilet, a washbasin and washing machine.
· Spacious dining/sitting room with fireplace, comfortable blue sofas, crystal table, dining table for 4, antique writing-desk with beautiful ceramic lamp, wooden glass case, TV, CD player and telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
From the leaving room you will be able to reach the other 2 rooms of the house .
· Spacious master bedroom with antique wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 comfortable armchairs . It has a door on to a small veranda which overlooks a tiny square with a church. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom ( up 3 steps) with tub and hand held shower
· Twin bedded room with window onto the internal street.
