The charming villa Nuba apartments
- A Home Away from Home -
We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400's, built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia. Located in open countryside, but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970's.
During 2001-2002, the building has once again been refurbished and remodeled into three sumptuous apartments, which are intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in Umbria.

Their hospitality will ensure: help with all your needs, suggestions for sight-seeing and cultural tours of the most interesting Umbrian towns, (as well as Rome and Florence, a mere one-and-a-half hours drive from Perugia.)

Guestbook: It is hard to describe in words the beauty of Villa Nuba itself or its location. It is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Umbrian countryside and yet it is only a 15 min. walk into Perugia centre. The villa is a converted 1400's Farmhouse and it has been converted into 3 luxurious apartments, all very private and furnished with magnicifent antiques. It is spotlessly clean and has a lovely new swimming pool . What makes it really special though is the hospitality of the host Guiseppe and also his parents. Nothing is too much trouble and he is so eager to help you with anything at all. Ben cotto Guiseppe.
