"The Charming Villa Nuba apartments" is a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400s.
Villa Nuba is composed only by three Luxury apartments : two bigger (each of
s.m.80 and sleeps 4+2) and
one smaller (of s.m. 50 and sleeps 2+1).
(and the main villa where we live )
All our three Luxury apartments are full furnished,with comforts,tradiction
and elegance.
We would like that during the stay our guests have the feeling like they are
in their home .

Villa Nuba is located in a top of a green hill,in open countryside, far only 1.5 Km from the historic centre of the medieval and Etruscan Perugia town!
(by walking just about 20 minutes!!!)
ALSO,It's the greatest location to discover the lovely region of Umbria:
the green and old heart of Italy !
At only 150 MT. there is the public bus stop
