Villa Kondias Limnos is located on the tip of the Kondias Gulf at the South part of the island Limnos (North Aegean Sea). A few kilometres East of the traditional village of Kondias where the area is very sparsely built.
The house was originally built in 1911 and has been frequently renovated since. The spot is privileged since it is on top of a small hill, right above the sea, with breathtaking view overlooking the vast Kondias Gulf. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dinning room, a kitchen, one bathroom and one WC. On the first floor you can find two big bedrooms and one smaller one. Fully furnished, telephone/fax, parking spaces. You can walk to the beach right below the house or you can take your vehicle to the nearby villages or beaches.
The island is worth exploring as it is full of cultural and ecological surprises.
