The Ground Floor entrance hall and smart modern bathroom lead into a double bedroom and den, where the comfortable bed can be converted into a cosy settee and the room becomes a perfect hideaway to setle down with a good novel or travelbook from the well stocked book case.
Two glass doors swing open to the pretty patio garden with its romantic swing seat under the pergola and cool greenery that rustles gently in the sea breeze. Just over the wall, the distincive chaluts (fishing boats) of the Port Tabarka, lie moored, ready for their daily trip to the oysterbeds of the lagoon.
Up the painted wooden stairs to the first floor salon-sejour. Soft furnishings and a smart dining suite. A modern fully-equipped kitchen for people who enjoy good Mediterranean food prepared with passion. Step out onto the wide terrace, its electric awning offering shade from the noonday sun, an outdoor dining suite for evenings watching the lights flickering across the bay as the Mont St Clair is reflected in the clear waters of the Etang de Thau.
A few more steps lead to the splendid spacious open plan bedroom on the second floor.
