The villa is available for letting all year round. It is very secluded and set in extremely peaceful countryside. It is an ideal place for rediscovering peace, relaxation and good living; it can accommodate 8-10 people and has a (10x5m) swimming pool. The house is on a quiet country lane and set in 5 acres of garden and trees, in between the Bastide towns of Eymet and Castillones. It is set in an extremely secluded and tranquil spot. The newly renovated house is comfortably furnished and consists of a double bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedded room and a bathroom on the upper floor. There is also a double sofa bed available for use. On the lower floor there is another double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedded room. There is also a second shower room.
The house is available throughout the year and is generally let from Wednesday to Wednesday, allowing you full weekends, when most events tend to happen, and easier booking of your travel arrangements. The price includes bed linen, towels, electricity and water. No pets are permitted. |

Guestbook: We had a lovely holiday. The house was just as it looked in the photos and didn't disappoint in any way.
It is so comfortable and well equipped it was a joy to be able to cook and have everything to hand as you would at home.
The fact that is was so blissfully peaceful as well was an added bonus, 3 cars in an hour passing by was the rush hour and on a couple of afternoons not a single car passed the house.
You are lucky to have found such nice people to look after everything(the pool and the house were immaculate), they were so friendly and helpful. I've missed the sight of the swallows dipping and swirling over the pool since we got back.
Sadly we didn't get to eat any of the fruit; the figs, apples, nectarines plums and grapes were not ripe yet and the birds had got to the cherries first!
All the local info was helpful and with the aid of a good map did the a fair amount of market, chateau, cave etc visiting, wine & food tasting and general pottering about.
Luckily the weather was very good, only one wet morning which was redeemed by a warm & sunny afternoon.
The end of the holiday came round far too soon.
So thank you very much for enabling us to have such a restful and enjoyable break.
