Our house is situated in the peaceful Peyia village adjacent to Coral Bay, only 10 mins. drive from Pafos, and also only 10 mins. drive from the Tsada Golf Club.
It is a newly erected Holiday Town House and is for Rent on a weekly basis or any terms suitable to the customer - the price being reflected in the 'term of rental' (all additional weeks rented after the first week will be charged at 1/2 price). The property has all modern equipment inclg. Sky TV, DVD, Air Con. in every room, and all white goods in the Kitchen.
4 verandas are present with lovely sea, mountain and pool views. Peyia is self contained having a great supermarket, bat/tavernas, DVD shop, Banks, Takeaways, etc. + lovely recently refurbished Byzantine Church.
The Property also has it�s own dedicated Parking Bay in the adjacent car park.
Being very close to Coral Bay, it is suited to the Beach goers, plus only a short drive from the Cultural / Heritage centre of Pafos - includes attractions such as Tomb of Kings, the Harbour with the Castle, Aphrodites Rock, etc.. There is the Water Park also, only a km or so from Pafos centre. Pafos Harbour is a must for Weddings where guests are moved by the beautiful Sunsets. Similarly, Peyia Village itself is also a highly regarded venue for weddings.

10 mins. drive north of Pafos, turn right at Coral Bay, up the hill and head for Peyia Village. on nearing the village centre and just after the Police Station on your Left, turn left at the sharp right bend, and head down the hill. After approx. 100m take the next Left junction, and continue for approx. 200m. The property is situated at Peyia Paradise (by Hadjidemosthenous Developers) and is Unit MC1. Any of the Locals (a lot being English) will be able to direct you. It is only approx. 1/2km from Peyia village centre.
The Property is adeally located for:
a) a quieter village style holiday.
b) as a base to tour around the Western side of Cyprus, with the Troodos Mountains only 25 miles to the East (although it would only take a couple of hours to travel right across to the East cost).
c) a more involved holiday including travel down to Coral Bay to the beaches and restaurants, or to Paphos with even greater variety and it's full range of amenities for all the family, or if you like a round of golf, Tsada Golf course is only 10 mins away.
d) a combination of all the above - vary your visit to suit yourselves - car hire is very easy and reasonably charged. |

Wendy Edmundson - 25/5/07. The house is Lovely and excellently set out, with the family pool only 10m away if that. Peyia village is only a short walk albeit up-hill on the way there, but the local tavernas are a treat and really welcoming. With the facilities at Paphos and Coral Bay we were spoilt for choise over what to do and where to go. The house and the place - a must for next time!! Well Recommended.

We would like to thank you for the efficient and friendly way you dealt with the booking for our 7 week holiday in your holiday home in Peyia.
We had a great holiday. The house was sparklingly clean for our arrival and the welcome pack meant we had everything we needed, including a relaxing drink after a long journey. We enjoyed the extra decorative touches and soon felt at home.
Peyia was a good choice of location for us as there were lots of interesting places to visit locally and access into the Troodos wasn't too far for day trips.
We hope to return to Cyprus in the future and, if so, would not hesitate to book the house again.
