Casa Veria is an idyllic located house above the center of Heredia with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is located in a 24 hour gated community. | Casa Veria is located in a private residential estate just a few minutes above the center of Heredia and 35 minutes from San José. It is situated also close to the national park Braulio Carrillo. The nearest shopping mall Paseo de las Flores is only 15 minutes away. For daily needs there are a lot of stores available. You can find supermarkets, a new hospital, drug stores, banks, post offices, numerous bars and restaurants. The house sits on a building lot with a slight hillside situation. The gated community is tranquil and secure. Neighbors are friendly. For further spare time activities you may use the nearby Clubs. These Clubs are popular with international guests and Costa Ricans which are better off. Access and quality of roads are good. |
