Enjoy cool sea breezes and spectacular lagoon, mountain, village, and ocean views while relaxing on one of the Decked Out House's many decks or its dock. This gorgeous holiday home was designed specifically as a vacation rental home for small-moderate sized groups. It is uniquely located in the Placencia village on a narrow a one-lot wide Caribbean lagoon marina peninsula. Thus the home is bordered by waterfront on both its north and south sides.
The Decked Out House hosts 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are masters, including the 540 sq ft Palm Suite with bar/kitchenette. A 4th story child's loft offers a secret mini-door to the look-out deck. If you need an additional bedroom, it has an 1st floor studio suite with 5th bath. (See listing for Decked Out Apartment)
Luxurious features include fine mahogany paneled walls, beamed high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen of mahogany cabinets and granite counter tops tops, and inlaid marble floor mosaics. Yet, it is also a relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. It even offers board and children�s games, poker chips, cards, bikes, canoe, and swimming hole.
The home conveniently located on the northern edge of the village, steps from the beach, eating establishments, and shops. For day water tours, you will be picked up by boat at the house's private dock. There is no need for expensive car rental or frequent taxis as everything needed for a terrific vacation is quite close by.

The rates listed are for the whole main house section and include: 3 master bedrooms, bonus/sleeping room, children's loft, 2 kitchens and large common area. The attached 1st floor apartment that can act as 5th bedroom and bath is $200 extra. Rate is for 2 persons. Each additional adult is only $100/wk. Rates are plus 9% tax and 3% service fee.
