At the south of São Paulo city, the APA (Environmental Protection Area) Capivari-Monos shelters important original remains of Atlantic Rainforest. Clean water flows and astonishing view of shore.
Itinerary
Day 1
Visiting the Brazilian federal conservation unit - Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar in São Paulo and passing by jeep in several areas of ornamental plant and vegetables cultivation. On the way back passing through the reservoir in Capivari river and a homemade lunch break in a farm with organic vegetables produced on the spot, that we can also visit them and the greenhouse-growing of shitake mushrooms.
