| The Franklin County Fiber Twist showcases the many sheep and fiber farmers, spinners, dyers, felters, weavers and other artisans in Western Massachusetts’ Franklin County. We will leave Boston at 8:00 am (pick-ups will be arranged at one or two central locations ahead of time – call for more information) and arrive at the central marketplace of fiber-related vendors, artisans and demonstrations, at approximately 10:30. After lunch we will visit several open farms participating in the Fiber Twist, such as Botanical Shades, Winterberry Farm, and Tregelly’s Fiber Farm. We will depart for Boston at approximately 5:00 pm (expected arrival time 7:30 pm).
