Itinerary
Day 1
Cruise the shore lines of the Discovery Island in search for Black Bears and pull crab & prawn traps for a seafood lunch. Next head for the mainland river system to Grizzly Bears and return for a evening meal and stay over at Rendezvous Lodge, a secluded coastal B&B.
Day 2
We head north to Johnstone Strait where the Northern Resident Orca feed on Pacific Salmon returning to their ancestral river systems. Listen through under water microphones to the various Orca dialects as they communicate with each other as they travel. Spend another restful evening at Pacific Outback Lodge B&B with dinner and local entertainment.
Day 3
After a generous breakfast we head south, following the tidal waters of Johnstone Strait toward the famous Seymour Narrows where Ripple Rock was removed in 1958 to aid Coastal Marine traffic. And then home to Campbell River, Salmon Capital of the World.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
