Syria is often described as the largest small country in the world because of its wealth of ancient civilization. Modern man is indebted to this land for much of his thought and learning. Indeed it was aptly said that every intellectual has two homelands: his own, and Syria. Syria is at the head of the countries that are proud of their archeological sites, heritage and cultural property.

| - Dear Sirs Dear Sirs
This is a short email to let you know how grateful I am for this wonderful week stay in Syria. It has been so inspiring and educational and I am breathtaking by the traces of history that Syria can show. As well as friendship, food, service... etc
My believe that tourism is the perfect instrument for reducing misunderstandings and for increasing respect and tolerance between cultures and religions has certainly been strengthened. And I also believe that Syria has great opportunity to increase incoming tourism from "the west" Scandinavia.
I/we will come back to you as soon as possible with some ideas and opinions.
Sincerely Yours
Anja |
