Itinerary
Day 1
08:30 - 8:50 pick up round from Tiberias Hotels & Tiberias Central bus station. Begin tour at Tiberias Archaeological Park, walk along the the Old City Walls & visit HaRambam Tomb. Travel up the winding road to Tzefat (Safed) & tour the mystical "Kabbala City", the old Jewish Quarter with it's ancient Synagogues, the art galleries & the ancient cemetery. After lunch break, Proceed to Mount Meron optional visit at the Tomb of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, a "Tzadik" & a great supporter of the revolt against the Romans. Short walk in the Meron Forest & drive to Peki'in, hear the story of the ancient Jewish comunity in the place, visit the "Rashby" Cave & the Carob Tree. Return to Tiberias.

- If you are staying in Tel Aviv or in Jerusalem & you wish to join this tour: Take the early morning Egged Bus to Tiberias & we will pick you up from Tiberias Central Bus Station (by the information booth) @ 08:50 am. (Bus rides between TLV or JLM to Tiberias take around 2½ to 3 hours) For your return to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem: We drop you off back at Tiberias Central Bus Station in time to catch the evening bus back to TLV or JLM. Ask us about optional transportation between Tel Aviv or Jerusalem to Tiberias
