Itinerary

Day 1

The Mount Sinai Sunrise Express tour departs from Eilat-Israel. Crossing the border at Taba late in the evening and arriving to Saint Catherine area shortly after midnight. Following a coffee & refreshment break at a local hotel in the village, the ascend begins.It takes about 4 hours to climb Mount Sinai, starting from Saint Catherine Monastery, based at 1,500 m', and going up to the summit of Mount Sinai at 2,285 m' above sea level!The tour also includes a visit to the historical Saint Catherine Monastery, and on the way back to Israel the tour stops in Nuweiba, a coastal oasis on the shores of the Red Sea.
