Day 1

* Stop were you choose - visit culturally rich villages on the way - taste some of the local wine.
- Ski the wide open faces of Bettmeralp, Riederalp and Fiescheralp for the day.
- Visit the only world heritage listed site in the Alps; the Aletsch glacier.
- Treat yourself to lunch at the Eggishorn 2926m above sea-level.
- Take in the magnificent backdrop of Valais and the end of the Rhône valley.
- Enjoy the atmosphere of an après ski in local village of Bettmeralp.
- Arrive back at the doorstep of your hotel/apartment at the end of the day.

Make the most of this day as you need not ski any run more than once, take in the unforgettable view encompassing the widest, most impressive and enchanting panorama in Valais. Head up to the Eggishorn for lunch where a light, refreshing breeze will greet you has you leave the cable car station at 2926m in altitude, the only place from which you can admire the entire length of the Aletsch Glacier in all its splendor. While away the afternoon with some more skiing before heading back into the village of Bettmeralp for a well deserved après ski.
