Visit the elegant Peles and Pelisor castles located in the Carpathians, in Sinaia Resort. Later on you will visit Brasov city in Transylvania and nearby Bran Castle and end with a tour of Bucharest.
Itinerary
Day 1
BUCHAREST
Today you will arrive in Bucharest, the Romanian capital, settled around a few old villages and first stated in documents by Vlad the Impaler in the end of the 15th century. This city preserves a great mixture of Byzantine, Oriental and Western elements that make any holiday here challenging and enticing.

Day 2
NOT MON, TUE - BUCHAREST â Peles Castle and Pelisor Castle â BRASOV
From Bucharest, the road takes you to the Carpathian Mountains, to Sinaia - the summer residence of the former kings of Romania. You will visit the two castles in Sinaia, i.e. Peles and Pelisor castles, set up in different styles by the Romanian royal family. Then, you will follow Prahova Valley upwards and then you will cross the mountains into Transylvania. Later on you will have a tour of Brasov old center, formerly known as Kronestadt, with its Black Church, the elegant Council Square and St. Nicholas Orthodox Church.

Day 3
NOT MON - BRASOV â Rasnov Fortress - Bran Castle â Targoviste Fortress â Mogosoaia Palace - BUCHAREST
Today you will visit the peasant fortress in Rasnov and then Bran Castle, settled by the Saxons upon the former Wallachian border and well-known for its Dracula Castle nickname in our days. Then you will cross the Carpathians once again and stop to visit Vlad the Impaler's fortress in Targoviste, with its very well preserved Voyevodal Church. Optionally, you can make a detour to visit nearby Dealu Monastery, a very important cultural centre of the Middle Ages. Before reaching Bucharest, you will visit Mogosoaia Palace, settled by Prince Constantin Brancoveanu, an enlightened character of the late 18th century which developed his own architectural style. In the evening you will reach Bucharest, being accommodated in a 3* hotel.

NOT MON, TUE â BUCHAREST
Today you will have a tour of Bucharest, including the Village Museum (hosting traditional households brought here from all over Romania), the Royal Museum (hosting the National Art Museum, with the Romanian and European sections), the Old Court Church, Manuc's Inn, the Metropolitan Church, Stavropoleos Church, Victoria Avenue.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
