Suggested Itinerary:There are Gypsy Markets throughout the Algarve most days and this can form the basis of the morning of your tour if you wishWhatever your preferences we try to make it a day to remember. We take our time and are never in a rush. The liesurely but very full day will cover sightseeing, crafts, history, archaeology, churches, birdwatching, local history, marinas, crafts & art - or whatever you wish to seeMany options for eating out from Gournet Restaurants to local dining rooms serving delicious local traditional food with spectacular views to small rural bars in the middle of nowhere ! (Special dietary requirements can be tricky but we will try our best if notified in advance)Sample Itinerary10.00 approx pick up from your accomodation10.30 Visit Gypsy market ( can be excluded if you do not wish to visit one)12.00 Travel by rural roads to typical Algarvian Village,plenty of time to take in the sights, potteries and coffee of course13.00 Take a liesurely lunch and enjoy the great food this region has to offer. ( Payable direct to the restaurant) There are many options so whatever your diet or tastes you can enjoy a meal in a choice of mnay bars & restaurants14.45 Take the rural roads to the old Moorish capital of Silves. Tking in the spectacular views and the market town of São Bartolomeu de Messines.See the many rural communities, the reservoirs , the history, archaology and the rural lifestyle - You can even meet the locals !! Visit the Castle at Silves 16.00 If time allows drive trough teh hills to the spa town of Monchique and end the day with the spectacular views from Foia ( 961m) The highest point of the Algarve. take your picture and return to your resort by around 17.30. ( Winter trips finish earlier as it is Dark !!)
