Itinerary
Day 1
{bold}Highlights{-bold}
> Rosendael Castle
> NP De Hoge Veluwe
Rosendael Castle and park give a wonderful picture of what life was like in a castle at earlier times.
National Park De Hoge Veluwe is one of the Netherlands' oldest and largest national parks. It consists of no less than 5,500 hectares of woodland, heath land, lakes and drift sand. Together with the Kroller-Muller Museum and the sculpture garden, it offers a unique combination of nature, art and architecture.
Day 2
{bold}Highlights{-bold}
> Royal Palace ât Loo
> Hanseatic villages
> Fishtown Elburg
Deventer, city that was a member of the Hanseatic League. An alliance of trading guilds during the 13th-17th centuries. Explore Deventer with a city walk. Of course we stop at Jb. Bussink. In the little shop with the same name, the Brink fresh cake is made every day.
Almost 300 years old is the Royal Palace 't Loo, situated in the hart of the Netherlands at the edge of National Park De Hoge Veluwe. The valuable decorated rooms give an impression on how the Royal Family of the Netherlands, the Oranjes lived for three centuries.
At the medieval fishing town of Elburg, along the banks of the former Zuiderzee, you can taste the smoked eels from the Family van Triest.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
