I have been living in Chisinau for over 20 years. After a year spent as an exchange student in the US, I realized how important it is to meet friendly and trustworthy people in a country you are traveling to.
That is why, coming back to Moldova, I decided to help people who travel to Moldova, especially to Chisinau and show them around + help them find affordable restaurants, accommodation and taxis.
I am a senior majoring in English and French- translations, therefore I can be your interpreter as well! I speak Romanian, Russian, English and French.
This tour is completely CUSTOMIZABLE! You only have to tell me what you want to see and I can help you with that! Or.. I can even suggest you to see places in Chisinau that I like.
I would be more than glad to meet you and show you my home town. I am doing this mostly because I enjoy meeting new people and I enjoy playing the tour guide :)

If agreed a month in advance, I can take you to other place in Moldova as well, such as Soroca- the gypsy town of Moldova, Capriana- a historic monastery, Orheiul Vechi- a stone monastery + a n old Moldovan museum, etc.
If you stay long enough in Chisinau so that i get to make friends with you, I can invite you over to my parent's house and serve you a traditional Moldovan meal. |
