We have created a special itinerary to include the most impressive galleries with the most significant cultural and religious areas in the Vatican City. Since we want our guides' personalities to shine through, each tour varies a bit but they will all include the Renaissance rooms, the Raphael rooms, the Gallery of the Maps, the Gallery of the Tapestries, the Roman Classical Sculptures, the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's dome and the Pieta' and other treasures inside St. Peter's Basilica.

| - Both the Colosseum and Vatican tours were fantastic, they became the highlight of our visit to Rome. Our guide gave us so much added value communicating local information and tips to use on our trip as well as providing an exciting, in-depth, and detailed journey through centuries of history. I would recommend it, its well worth the money to bypass queues and benefit the advantages of a small group tour (compared to the impersonal groups toured with radio-ear pieces and with less opportunity to engage in questions and generally discussions of interest).
We had a great time Anna, Michael made the trip for us in many ways, please do pass on our appreciation. He knows SO much, we were in awe on each tour.

I would just like to say how impressed we were with the tour, in particular with Eleonora Ferrazza our guide. We were so impressed we decided to do the Colloseum tour later in the day! Eleonora was very knowledgeable, planned the tour very well (particularly at the Vatican), set the right pace and made it interesting and come alive. She was very personable too - it was like having a friend show you around. The group size was great for us (4 people) as it made getting around the places easier as well as being easier to see and hear but I don't suppose that is your normal group size.
All in all, we were very impressed and would definitely recommend Presto (Eleonora in particular) to any friends who want to go to Rome in the future.

We had our tour of the Vatican Museum with Valario, one of your local guides. He was EXCELLENT. Very knowledgable, approachable, and relaxed. He was comfortable with the group (only 6 of us, another bonus) and truly knew the material. We feel that our experince was enriched by your choice of guides. Our daughetr is going there (Rome) in April, and I will definitely pass on your company name to her.

Thanks for your email, I had been meaning to drop you a quick note. We had an awesome experience using Presto Reservations. Our tour guide was absolutely spectacular. Talk about a walking encyclopedia! Michael was amazing. I don't remember his last name, but I do remember that he was from Indiana and he received his Master's degree from UCLA. We had our three grown children with us and to be honest with you they were kind of dreading the fact that I set up the tour. They couldn't imagine why we needed 3 hours with a guide. ALL of them were engaged within 15 minutes of meeting Michael and couldn't get enough of his stories etc. Once Michael realized that we had a history major in the group, things really got interesting. We would highly recommend Michael and Presto Reservations to anyone booking a tour of the Vatican.
Prior to our trip, I emailed 3 different companies inquiring about tours. Presto was the only one who responded and you really delivered. Your information was accurate, your reminders timely and the service ...excellent.
