Day 1

Tasting in a typical wine bar located in the heart of Milan.

Also included is a detailed explanation of the various flavours and background to the history. Enjoy some of the many delicious tastes of the Lombardia region.

These menus offered are only examples of the quality of the products, which can be changed with seasonal food.

• a glass of Red wine Pinot Nero

• a glass of White wine Chardonnay OR Riesling Italico e Renano

• a glass of Spumante Metodo Classico
The tasting will be accompanied by a samples of cheeses and typical cold cuts from Lombardia Region.
